\"\"I\u2019m Josephine, full time dreamer, homeschooling Mama, wife, ocean lover, bike lover, wedding and lifestyle photographer.<\/h4>\n

I enjoy living life on the slower lane and finding goodness and happiness in the ordinary things. I’m currently living my simple dreams with my little family in the Central Coast NSW but available to shoot anywhere in Australia and anywhere else in the world where my camera could take me.<\/p>\n

When did I start photography?<\/em> It was January 2009 when I picked up my first dslr camera from a good friend who sold it to me in friendly payment terms. What started out as a crazy hobby (while holding a Computer engineering degree)<\/em> became a passion I’ve decided to live with for the rest of my life (and left my day job later on to be a <\/em>full time Mama)<\/em>. You can read more on how I started my photography here.<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0Everyday I feel grateful to be doing now what I love the most.<\/p>\n

I’ve been blessed to be married to a husband who’s been my great pillar behind my photography.\u00a0He’s the genius who hand-drawn my bike logo, by the way. Yep! \ud83d\ude42\u00a0He’s been my reliable assistant when I started out and my harshest critic.\u00a0And Yes, he is that one person who gives me a push time to time.
\nTruth be told, I need him more than cameras needing batteries.<\/p>\n

Whenever I get lost along the way or feel uninspired (because sure that can happen),
\nI ponder and thrive with Ansel Adam’s quote:
\n\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u201cI<\/em>\u00a0hope that my work will encourage self expression in others and stimulate the search for beauty\u00a0and creative excitement in the great world around us.\u201d\"2016-03-21_0058\"<\/em><\/p>\n

My lifetime\u00a0favorite things can all be summed up to these (not in any particular order): all rustic &\u00a0vintage things, bart simpsons, mozarella cheese, macha flavored chocolates (with almonds please!), japan, kyoto, aikido, bruce lee, ghibli films, juicing, cooking, biking, b-e-a-c-h!!!, yoga, summer love, autumn love, laced up boots, running, bossa nova, jazz, nora jones, neil gaiman, nirvana, \u00a0post-its, and airports…and oh lately, gardening and ukelele. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

As of 2017, I started a new journey in living a lifestyle of minimalism\u00a0to\u00a0create more space for what\u2019s more meaningful in our life. Read more about it here.<\/a><\/p>\n

Motherhood and homeschooling<\/a> fills up most of my days.\u00a0I’ve become a full\u00a0time Mama since August 2012 to the fairest baby girl I”ve fallen deeply in love with. Some of\u00a0my pursuits and dream destination travels took a back seat for a while when I got pregnant but ever since having her too, life’s been\u00a0more than beautiful as I’ve never imagined it to be. She reminds me to slow down and appreciate the good more than the bad. And whatever happens on the next bend, because of her and her Papa, I’m choosing to stay brave. Always.<\/p>\n

We’ve moved to our own little humble home last June 2019 and grateful to be living near the beaches at Central Coast NSW. And got a new fur cuteness added to the family last Christmas 2019, we named him, Coco.\"\"<\/p>\n

\nBreak stops: countless
\nWeather: cold, foggy, rainy, windy, cloudy , rarely clear skies
\nDistance left to reach summit: 1.3km (1.5hrs)<\/p>\n

Next goal: Due to unfavourable weather, it wasn’t safe to summit so aiming to definitely go back and keep trying to reach the summit someday!!! \"\ud83d\udcaa\"<\/span>\"\ud83d\ude4f\"<\/span>
