I&#8217;d swoon over pages and pages on amazing photography of places and people secretly wishing someday I&#8217;ll have my photos printed on one of those magazines, too.<\/p>\n<p>And so there I was, on a bookshop last Friday and well, I jumped off my feet when I finally found a copy of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sphmagazines.com.sg\/magazines\/female-brides\">Female Brides Magazine<\/a>\u00a0displayed on the rack. Quoted from the magazine&#8217;s website, &#8220;<strong><em>Female Brides<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0is a comprehensive biannual wedding guide featuring the latest, trendiest and most adventurous of bridal ideas. It is an inspiring resource for trend-driven brides-to-be.&#8221; \u00a0<\/em>So, seeing the <a href=\"http:\/\/josephinesicadphotography.com\/blog\/2013\/07\/16\/wedding-nick-kirstie-bali-indonesia\">Wedding of Kirstie &amp; Nicholas<\/a> (which I photographed last June 2013 in Bali along with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/CALOGRAPHY\/124672591339?fref=ts\">Paul from Calography<\/a>) featured in print in a Singapore magazine is a REALLY big happy blissful surprise ever since the bride told me last August. I had to give the magazine a big tight hug! (If you get a copy yourself, scan over to the &#8216;REAL WEDDINGS&#8217; section) \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Sharing this joy with Kirstie and Nick&#8230;congratulations for being featured guys!!! It brings back all that memories we shared documenting your happiest day yet! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8381\" alt=\"2013-10-14_0001\" src=\"http:\/\/josephinesicadphotography.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/2013-10-14_0001.jpg\" width=\"1200\" height=\"818\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8382\" alt=\"2013-10-14_0002\" src=\"http:\/\/josephinesicadphotography.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/2013-10-14_0002.jpg\" width=\"1200\" height=\"804\" \/>I&#8217;ve been way too grateful being <a href=\"http:\/\/josephinesicadphotography.com\/blog\/featured\/#.UltgIWQpb0g\">featured before on other online blogs<\/a> but this was definitely another happy first magazine print experience.<\/p>\n<p>Looking forward for what 2014 brings when I&#8217;ll be starting to accept again more weddings (and hopefully destination shoots, too!) now that my lil baby&#8217;s not so little anymore.
