About time I post this long overdue continuation to Jack & Sophie’s esession series earlier this year. If you missed them, click here for Part 1 & Part 2.
I had to slice them into parts so it’s easier to look them up too by location coz there were too many fun memories to share, I can only pick some favorites. I don’t know if I’ve already mentioned it before but for the record, this esession series topped the list of my ‘most travelled and most adventurous’ so far. It took out few days being away from my family especially away from Pixie but it was a much needed time for myself, too which something we do need to indulge to ourselves once in a while. So i took that rare opportunity to also explore other parts of the Philippines.
Now that we’ve moved to Australia, I will always be missing my home country so I am keeping it a life goal to visit another new place everytime we’re able to come home to the Philippines for a visit again!
It took us about 3hrs on the road to travel to these famous Bangui windmills in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. It was quite unbelievable to see it for myself, too and feel all that rush in the wind. Up until now, I’m still so amazed that Jack & Sophie, who are Singaporeans and living in Singapore, were quite very adventurous themselves to travel that far for their engagement session.
These windmills are not only beautiful but also useful coz they produce sustainable energy that provides 40% of Ilocos Norte’s electricity. – via Rappler
