Take me back to Ilocos! I kept wishing that ever since my whole senses got exposed to the very unexpected beautiful places up north the Philippines last Jan 2015.
This was the 2nd part of that unforgettable trip with Jack & Sophie. If you missed Part 1, go here.
It took another 2-3hrs trip on the road from Vigan before reaching Cape Bojeador Lighthouse, which apparently is the highest within the Philippines as it was located on top of a hill, overlooking the wondrous South China Sea. I would have never known that fact until now as I write this post to be honest. I had to google and now feel even more lucky to get that chance of visiting a part of another historical place in my home country.
Right after the lighthouse, we travelled bit further to our next stop which was the Rock Formation. We had to walk a certain distance to get nearer to the rocks. My back hurt from carrying my camera trolly bag occasionally on the rough road and a plight of stairs but the experience of it all paid for it.
So much to treasure from this trip!
