“I do believe that ultimately life pushes you toward the things you’re passionate about, to the place you’re supposed to be.” – Beau Taplin
Those words resonated to me as I looked back at these photos and familiar places that I’ve started to miss too. For those who didn’t know, I’ve lived in Singapore for the past 7 years at least, where 3 years of that amounted to the time when I still worked before in a corporate office, then left my job and pursued photography somewhere in between, got tied down happily and has since become most content and fulfilled being Mama myself — oh indeed, it’s been a great journey in all those years.
Meanwhile, sharing these photos back when I met Jose and Graciel who found me thru google earlier in March this year. It wasn’t the first time that a client found me thru google, though but it still always surprises me a lot and grateful that they were lead to my work and picked me (after all the possibilities) in the end to capture a part of their story. They preferred that we shoot on some of Singapore’s iconic places which were also most meaningful for them since they worked and lived in Singapore together. Thanks again Jose & Graciel for having me create some memories for you, too!
