2015-10-13_0047Back in June this year, I had the great privilege to be part of another Indian engagement ceremony and solemnisation in Singapore.  To be able to document such colorful celebration is a feast on my eyes all the time. And beyond that is how amazing to witness how love is universal and celebrated in another culture different from mine but yet we know that all our stories are still closely intertwined.

I’m endlessly humbled and more than grateful with what the beautiful Priya wrote in her Facebook post the next day after their wedding —

“My photographer Josephine Sicad-Minerva is someone I know for about 4 to 5 years but we only met recently when I contacted her to be my photographer for our big day. From the time I came across her on my ex-colleage Jeands Lim Quijano, I have always visualized myself in one of those pictures. When I recall, it feels like I have always manifested this day and these beautiful photos. She and her team (Vanessa and hubby) made everything feel so personal yesterday. They were patient and passionate. We felt so comfortable and we became a team. Thank you so much for everything. Especially for the comforting words when I was so tensed. Josephine, I wish you all the best for your big move to Sydney. I hope you will reach even greater heights as a photographer. You will be for sure, as you put your heart at what you do. My kisses for little pixie, she was such a sweetheart when we went to recce the location. Fingers Cross, I hope to meet you soon for our pre-wedding (traditional wedding) shoot. Lots of love and hugs. ❤”

Oh yes, please…I sure look forward that our paths will cross again Priya & Dinesh! It’s been wonderful knowing you both! See you soon! 🙂
