matsushima family – sydney, australia

One fine Sunday in May, I met for the first time the Matsushima Family. Thanks to a great recommendation from dearest Sheila (Kim Family) who introduced them to my photography, too.

I was so excited to find out later  that Japanese blood runs through them (their family name did sound a little obvious). If you knew me for a long time now, I have such big love for anything relating to the Japanese culture. Although Daddy Sam was already raised here in Australia and Mommy Lily migrated here too from China, it was too cute to meet their adorable sweet kids — Madelyn (such a doll!) and Lucas (very smart kiddo!). We spent the day full of cheer and visited some of their favorite places around town.

The next time I visited Sydney Park was when we set up a playdate with Madelyn and Pixie (while I delivered the photos to Mommy Lily)  and they sure both had fun! 🙂
