When Sokhoeun showed me a flower that she brought along for this shoot, she told me that it was her late Dad’s favorite and how it signified memories of him so she wanted some shots as a loving tribute. That was a really sweet thing to do.
It was also my first time meeting Sok together with her husband, Rad. We got along quite easily and spent a lovely afternoon at my favorite park at the Centennial Parklands. The light there is always as beautiful and magical. When I get to photograph people in love and with this kind of light, my heart just truly flutters.
So finally, last week, Sok just delivered safely their little angel into this world. Congratulations Mommy Sok and Daddy Rad! Enjoy this new journey in parenting and thanks for having me capture an important milestone in your life together! x
