2 weeks or so ago, I had intended to publish this post..but then that fire accident happened and it caused me to delay some of my work. But I sure wanted to get back on track the soonest possible time, so here I am again , moving forward with much faith, hope and love.
For those who didn’t know, I hail from Cebu but have been living in Singapore for over 6 years now. Come to think of it, I’ve never photographed a wedding in Cebu officially under my name, I did shoot a few of my friends and came only as 2nd photographer — so this, THIS was my first official wedding shoot in Cebu as the Main Photographer. Clearly, I wished to shoot a LOT more. Who knows maybe I’ll settle back home again? But that’s a long thought down the road yet. Cebu is just a few hrs plane ride away anyway, so hey, Cebu, I’m giving you a hint here. If you or any of your friends haven’t found the right photographer yet, I’m just an email away. 🙂
And while I’m putting all together these photos in the blog, it hit me — that despite being scared of shooting weddings, this is EXACTLY what I want to do MORE, capture moments, all the drama and glory of it in between and string all together all the memories in still frames and share it to the world. Share the goodness of Love. And Life. And what always matters most. I tell you, it never felt more rewarding than this.
John and Anbern, endless thanks for giving me that wonderful chance to be part of a new great journey in your lives. Your wedding was all sorts of incredible because you were truly surrounded with incredibly loving and happy people that shared the same joy to be part of your big day.
